To fully deliver the value of your Next.One service stack, your environment must meet the following standards. These create a secure, supportable, and predictable foundation for long-term results.
Core Infrastructure & Connectivity

Next Legacy-managed firewall with real-time monitoring, audit logging, and centralized policy control (installed during onboarding)

Layer 2/3 managed switches with VLAN capability and SNMP/remote visibility

Business-grade WiFi with secure authentication (WPA3 or equivalent)

All servers and workstations must:

Be business-class (not consumer/retail grade)

Be less than 5 years old

Remain under active vendor support

UPS (battery backup) with monitoring for all critical infrastructure
Software & Systems Stack

Operating systems must be:

Windows 11 Pro or Enterprise (Windows 10 no longer supported after Oct 2025)

macOS Sonoma or newer with MDM enrollment

Business productivity platform with cloud-based identity, email, and collaboration

Centrally managed endpoint detection and response (EDR) with automated threat response

Endpoint backup for key devices; full SaaS backup for Microsoft 365

Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) agent on all supported devices

MFA enforced for:

All privileged/admin accounts

Network & Access Governance

Static IP or Dynamic DNS for firewall visibility and remote management

Enforced DNS security and web filtering

No unmanaged or consumer-grade routers, extenders, or access points

Documented network map and asset inventory maintained in collaboration with Next Legacy
Operational Readiness

Secure admin credential sharing via approved password management system

Up-to-date staff directory with access level tracking

Designated point of contact for support and escalation

Strategic & Security Business Reviews (SSBRs) conducted regularly

Completed onboarding and technical documentation handoff
